• Manage Territory Effectively: plan visits, maintain inventory, support on-call rotation and travel for training.
• Ensure Compliance and Safety: follow regulatory and quality guidelines, maintain documentation for audits.
• Collaborate and Mentor: work with cross-functional teams and guide other Field Service Representatives.
• Achieve Business Metrics: meet service sales, cost of service, and KPIs for accounts.
• Continuous Improvement: use remote tools to maximize uptime and maintain certifications.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• 2-5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology.
