Job summary

Daifuku Cleanroom America Corporation in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking a Field Service Engineer 2 to maintain Daifuku and related AMHS equipment at customer sites. You will proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent downtime and support CIP modifications and installations under minimal supervision.

You will perform PMs, keep service logs, maintain certifications, and assist with inventory and project work. Travel to client sites and a strong emphasis on safety are essential.

Qualifications

• AS/BS degree in a technical field or equivalent with 2–4 years' experience.
• OSHA 10 certification required. Travel to other sites may be needed.
• Must have strong communication skills and ability to interface with customers.

Responsibilities

• Locate sources of problems by observing equipment and troubleshooting daily issues to prevent downtime.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance according to specifications; maintain service logs.
• Maintain L3 certification or higher on all site equipment; update skills with new equipment and procedures.
• Manage parts inventories and assist with stock handling and reporting discrepancies.
• Participate in site-specific projects and coordinate with Installation team for new or existing equipment installs.
