Job summary

Linde Material Handling is seeking a Field Service Engineer to diagnose and repair forklift equipment at customer sites across the region. You will perform preventative maintenance, service checks and respond to field calls, ensuring high uptime and customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on mechanical troubleshooting, a proactive mindset and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. UK driving licence and IT literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification.
• Comfortable using IT equipment.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Able to work autonomously and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to keep equipment operating efficiently.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and essential check-ups.
• Travel to customer locations to service Linde forklifts and related equipment.
• Build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer support.
