Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Filling & Packaging) to install, configure, and service complex electro-mechanical machinery at customer sites. You will perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot to keep equipment running at peak performance, with a focus on PLC and automation systems.

The position is based largely in Toledo (75%) with 25% US travel; training will take place in Westerville, Ohio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Field Service Engineer or Technician.
• Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and machinery.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of PLC and automation equipment.
• Experience with ladder logic and control systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Job Title: Field Service Engineer (Filling & Packaging)

Location: 75% in Toledo, 25% travel in the US

Salary: $38-45/hour + ample overtime

Requirements: Electro-Mechanical, troubleshooting, automation equipment, machine control, PLC, Ladder logic

Position Overview

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing on-site technical support, installation, and maintenance of machinery and equipment. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with complex electro-mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

• Training will take place in Westerville, Ohio during initial period
