Job summary

Shively Diversified Management Services is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer – CNC Machine Tools to support customer sites across the USA. The role involves installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and rapid troubleshooting of Fanuc/Siemens CNC systems as well as hydraulic and electrical subsystems.

You will travel regionally to install and service machines, train operators, and document service actions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC field service experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or similar CNC controls
• Ability to read electrical schematics and machine diagnostics
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory
• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent hands‑on experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Install and commission CNC machine tools at customer sites

Jyoti CNC Automation is expanding its U.S. operations and is seeking a hands‑on Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and support CNC machine tools at customer facilities throughout the region.
