Summary/objective
Field Service Engineers (FSEs) represent the company working in customer laboratories throughout their assigned region and nationwide as needed. FSEs provide service for histology laboratory equipment addressing any needs, concerns, and questions they might have. Working with their assigned Service Coordinator, coordinate schedule with customer and maintain communication regarding estimated time of arrival, job status, equipment status, and time of completion and departure from account along with their direct manager and the customer. Perform all service calls to the Avantik standards of training and protocol ensuring they are upholding company core values at all times.
