Job summary

Advantage Technical in Greater Philadelphia is seeking an experienced engineer to install, configure, test, and commission industrial automation and control systems, working directly with customers to ensure peak performance and reliability.

The role requires troubleshooting PLCs and DCS, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering technical training and presentations while traveling up to 50% to client sites and supporting startup activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with process control systems.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, DCS platforms, and industrial networking.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities
