Job summary

East Coast Metrology is seeking an entry-level Metrology Engineer ready to start a career in precision measurement. You will work with cutting-edge tools to capture and analyze data on projects across aerospace, marine, power, and automotive sectors.

You will receive hands-on training with advanced equipment, software, and proprietary techniques, and you will travel to customer sites in the U.S. and abroad, joining a tight-knit team that values growth and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites across the U.S. and internationally.
• Familiarity with 3D metrology software, GD&T, and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate laser trackers, portable arms, and 3D scanners to capture precision data.
• Receive hands-on training with advanced equipment and proprietary techniques.
• Lead independent projects tailored to your strengths and interests.
• Represent East Coast Metrology at customer sites across the U.S. and internationally.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.


• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working in both office and shop floor environments.


• A valid driver’s license and a passion for travel.
