Job summary

Anton Paar USA, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative to perform preventive maintenance, calibration, installation and training for analytical instruments across VA, NC, SC, and MD. You will join the East Region service team and report to the East Region Field Service Manager in Ashland, VA.

Richmond-area candidates are preferred. The role requires on-site service with up to 75% overnight travel, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining complex analytical instruments.
• Associate's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Availability for frequent overnight travel (up to 75%).

As a Field Service Representative and key member of the East Region service team, you provide on-site service including preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and training across all product lines primarily in VA, NC, SC, and MD. You will report to the East Region Field Service Manager in Ashland, VA. Candidates should be located in or near Richmond, Virginia.

The base salary range for this position is $33.80 - $38.30 per hour and depends on technical and service experience within the analytical instrumentation field. Anton Paar USA offers full benefits and a profit sharing contribution to your 401k retirement savings. We offer a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years plus additional bonus opportunities.
