Hitachi Energy seeks a High Voltage Field Service Engineer to perform field assignments on High Voltage equipment up to 800kV, including installation, commissioning, testing, and repairs. You will diagnose complex electrical and mechanical issues and lead field service projects while ensuring safety and reliability for critical assets.

Qualifications

• Strong technical experience with High Voltage Circuit Breakers and related equipment up to 800kV.
• Experience with installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, inspection, repair, upgrades or retrofits.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to lead complex field assignments.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, test, repair, overhaul, upgrade, retrofit, and replace HV equipment up to 800kV.
• Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical issues and independently determine corrective actions.
• Lead field service projects, including testing, analysis, and technical reporting.
