Job Description

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to manage customer accounts by maintaining Agfa products and peripherals, ensuring effective installation, repair, and customer satisfaction.

Location

• Regionally covers Wisconsin, Northern IL, and Minneapolis.

Responsibilities

1. Install and repair Agfa products, verify safety, and ensure operational performance with customers.
2. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs, maintain documentation, and manage parts.
3. Communicate with management, promote company offerings, and adhere to safety policies.
4. Engage effectively with customers and team members, demonstrating company values.

Qualifications

1. Associate degree in electronics or equivalent.
2. 2-3 years in high-tech, printing, or inkjet environments.
3. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer support skills.
4. Knowledge of remote diagnostics and market familiarity is a plus.
