ASML US, LLC in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and optimize complex semiconductor systems on-site, collaborating with customers to keep equipment running at peak performance.
This role requires independent work, hands-on diagnostics, and mentoring junior engineers, with up to 50% travel and on-site presence; candidates must be work authorized to work in the United States.
As a Field Service Engineer, you play a direct role in keeping advanced semiconductor systems running at peak performance. Your work enables the production of microchips that power everyday technologies.
At ASML, you will support customers by installing, maintaining, and improving complex equipment on-site. You will help transfer knowledge and build strong partnerships with customers while contributing to continuous innovation.
In this Field Service Engineer role, you will work independently while collaborating with teams to deliver reliable results and improve system performance.

The current base annual hourly range for this role is currently: $37.86-56.79
The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight hours of vacation leave every month and 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
