ASML is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and improve complex semiconductor equipment on-site in Baltimore, MD. You will work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable results and drive system performance improvements.

As a Field Service Engineer, you play a direct role in keeping advanced semiconductor systems running at peak performance. Your work enables the production of microchips that power everyday technologies.

The current base annual hourly range for this role is currently: $37.86-56.79.
Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job‑related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
The Company offers employees and their families medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees can participate in the Company’s 401(k) plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
This position requires access to controlled technology as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such technology prior to beginning work.
