Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. in the greater Atlanta area is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and maintain automated laboratory instrumentation. The role requires overnight travel and residence within the ATL area; sponsorship is not available and relocation is not offered.

You should have an electronics or related degree, strong electronics troubleshooting skills, and a minimum of three years in field service. COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
• Overnight travel will be required.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.
• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation.
• Establish a good customer relations foundation.
• Coordinates problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
• Maintain car inventory, such as tools, trunk stock (parts), etc.
• Provides basic on-site training regarding the operation of company instrumentation

Service medical laboratory equipment (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, etc) for this manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers. Current or recent Field Service experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred. You will be servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greaterAtlanta , GAarea.

Position requires a good electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting backgrounnd.

Qualifications:

• A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.
• Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel will be required
• Minimum of 3 years experienceas a field service engineer
