Job summary

Facility Solutions Group, Inc. in Fishers, IN is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems at client sites.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a company van, and a strong benefits package. You will perform preventative maintenance, read blueprints, and ensure safety standards while delivering professional customer service and accurate work orders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• Apprenticeship training preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work from ladders, lifts, and rooftops when needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems
• Repair electrical equipment, lighting, controls, panels, and power distribution systems
• Install new electrical equipment and complete service upgrades
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics
• Communicate professionally with customers while providing outstanding service
• Complete service documentation and work orders accurately
• Follow all NEC requirements and company safety standards
