Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing units in the field, maintaining service call records, providing on-call emergency support, and educating customers on preventive maintenance and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with field electrical troubleshooting and installation.
• Ability to work at customer sites and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair units while in the field.
• Maintain records of service calls, training, and expenses.
• Provide on-call emergency service as required and communicate with the department manager while in the field.
• Educate customers on preventive maintenance and safety regulations, and provide general customer service on the phone and in person.
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
