Job summary

Enterprise Electrical in Pasadena, TX is seeking a skilled Service Driver Electrician to drive to service locations, lead electrical service calls, and oversee commercial installations, maintenance, and repairs. You will supervise Service Technician Helpers and ensure safety, documentation, and professional client interactions.

Role requires leadership, a valid Texas electrical license, clean driving history, and the ability to work in varied weather and at heights with PPE.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Texas Journeyman or Master electrical license.
• Experience leading service teams and mentoring helpers.
• Clean driving history with a valid driver's license.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality and dependability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights with safety gear.
• Capable of working in confined spaces and at heights with proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Drive to service locations to perform electrical service calls and maintenance.
• Lead and supervise Service Technician Helpers or apprentices.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment.
• Diagnose electrical issues and ensure compliance with codes.
• Document work, service reports, and invoices accurately.
• Provide professional customer service and manage client interactions.
• Oversee tools, materials, and equipment during service calls.
• Collaborate with team to complete projects on schedule.
