Field Service Driver

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

As a Technical Services Driver, you will play a hands‑on role in the safe transport and handling of hazardous waste materials across multiple customer sites. This is not a sit‑behind‑the‑wheel role - our drivers are active contributors to each job from start to finish, including loading and unloading, container labeling, waste sorting, and completion of regulatory paperwork.

$7000 Sign on bonus Available! Pay: Pay for this role starts at $30/hour, CDL drivers with experience can earn more depending on experience. Schedule & Travel

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week; overtime is required
• Overnight travel expected approximately 2 times per month (1-2 nights per trip)

A Day in the Life

While no two days are exactly the same, a typical day may look like this:

• Arrive at the office and collect job paperwork
• Offload truck from the previous day, if applicable
• Load required supplies and equipment for the day's jobs
• Drive to 2-5 customer sites throughout the day
• Label drums, sort waste streams, and complete hazardous waste manifests at each stop
• Load drums onto the truck and proceed to the next customer
• Return to the office at end of day
• Submit completed paperwork and assist with unloading the truck

Key Responsibilities

• Operate semi-vans, roll‑off trailers, and dump trailers safely and in compliance with DOT regulations
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement
• Accurately label containers and complete all required hazardous waste documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
• Communicate professionally with customers at each stop
• Adhere to all safety, environmental, and compliance standards

Education

• - High-school diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience
• Valid CDL Class A license
• Hazmat endorsement required
