Eagle Mark 4 Equipment Co. is seeking a Heavy Equipment/Diesel Mechanic - Field Service in Charlotte, NC. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial vehicles at customer sites, prioritize work orders, and ensure safety and accuracy in all paperwork.

The role involves hands-on maintenance, on-site customer interaction, and use of Mobile Service tools, with strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. Competitive benefits apply.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience as a service technician.
• Experience with hydraulics and computer diagnostics; ability to interpret schematics.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurability.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Diagnose and troubleshoot breakdowns; provide repairs and on-site estimates.
• Operate metalworking tools (lathe, drill press, grinder) to repair parts.
• Perform routine maintenance and replace defective parts; lubricate and repair electrical equipment.
• Inspect used parts against factory specifications.
• Review repairs with customers; provide on-site quotes and services.
• Use Mobile Service app to close the day, obtain signatures, and finalize jobs.
• Provide daily status updates to dispatchers and account managers.
