Job summary

Nelbud in Columbus, OH seeks a Field Service Coordinator to manage technician scheduling, customer communication, and daily service operations across our Columbus region. This role connects customers, field technicians, and the operations team to keep service moving smoothly.

You will coordinate appointments, document services, and ensure accurate records while solving scheduling challenges and prioritizing urgent requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months of related experience or training preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and adapt to changing schedules.
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and business software.
• Ability to learn new technology and internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technician schedules, service appointments, and recurring maintenance across multiple locations.
• Confirm service appointments and communicate scheduling changes with customers and field teams.
• Manage incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and help resolve service-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer records, service frequencies, and scheduling information in company systems.
• Review technician service notes and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Process completed service jobs for invoicing and follow up on outstanding service items.
• Monitor daily service activity, identify scheduling conflicts, and prioritize urgent requests.
• Prepare scheduling updates, service reports, and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with field technicians and internal teams to keep service operations running efficiently.

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling schedules, customer requests, and multiple priorities?

NELBUD is seeking a detail-oriented Field Service Coordinator to manage technician scheduling, customer communication, and daily service operations across our Columbus, Cincinnati, and Louisville region.

In this role, you'll be a key connection between our customers, field technicians, and operations team. From coordinating service appointments to ensuring completed jobs are properly documented and processed, you'll help keep everything moving efficiently.

We're looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and taking ownership of the details.

What You'll Do
