Job Description: CNC Machinist

Up to 100% travel.

If you are an experienced CNC machinist with a background in manufacturing and are seeking a position with a leading company, R&E Automated Systems wants you to join our team! We are an industry-leading technical resource firm that actively supports our manufacturing clients during build, launch, and production phases, working with some of the nation's biggest companies. Our client is looking for a CNC operator with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Position Duties:

1. Operate CNC machines and possibly CMM machines.
2. Execute CNC setup and adjustments to ensure product quality.
3. Perform measurement tasks.
4. Maintain a clean work environment.
5. Ensure the completion of all assigned tasks.

Skills Required:

• At least 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Ability to work any shift, including rotating shifts and weekends.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, along with excellent interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills.
• Maintenance experience is a plus.

Educational Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
