Healthfirst seeks a Field Service Agent to engage members and providers in person, by phone, and via omni-channel channels. You will address eligibility, benefits, claims inquiries, and escalations while educating clients and supporting member retention.

Qualified candidates have a HS diploma, strong customer service experience, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with HIPAA compliance expected.

Qualificações

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to de-escalate situations and resolve complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable locations when needed.

• Provide high-quality customer service to providers and members across all LOBs.
• Manage face-to-face encounters and respond to inquiries about products and services.
• De-escalate dissatisfied members/providers and provide satisfactory resolutions.
