Job summary

Clean Harbors in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Field Services Account Manager to join the Environmental Sales team. You will generate leads and secure field service business within an assigned territory, building strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to grow revenue.

Responsibilities include meeting revenue targets, collaborating with internal teams, managing enterprise accounts, tracking pipeline in CRM, negotiating contracts, and supporting invoicing while maintaining

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in account management and business development.
• Experience in field services, industrial services, or environmental/waste management is highly preferred.
• Experience handling customer issues related to RCRA, DOT, CERCLA, environmental remediation, emergency response, or industrial cleaning is preferred.
• Strong business acumen with proven value selling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and influence strong relationships.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel on the road 3-4 days per week.
