Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers to work independently across multiple locations, handling indoor and outdoor tasks and assisting customers with storage solutions. You will assess storage needs, suggest packing supplies, and perform daily unit inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent.

Responsibilities include auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and helping customers stay current with payments through reminders and collections as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centric sales environments such as retail or food service.
• Ability to travel between locations with own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work outdoors up to 50% of time.
• Experience handling payments, cash drawers, deposits, and collections as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily inspections of storage units to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Help keep customers current with payments and perform reminder calls when required.
• Travel between multiple locations to manage properties and assist customers.
