RAE Security is seeking a Security Technician to install and service Access Control Systems, Video Systems, Visitor Management, and related security solutions. This role requires strong installation and service skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer satisfaction on every site.

Candidates should have a solid background in Electronic Security with 2+ years of experience, a valid state driver’s license, and the ability to work independently on customer sites while maintaining

Qualifications

• Must have a strong background in Electronic Security Integration with 2+ years industry experience.
• Strong customer service orientation required
• A valid state driver’s license, without restrictions, is required for this position
• Ability to work independently on customer site
• Ability to interact in a professional manner with the customer along with the ability to identify and satisfy customer needs
• Ability to meet deadlines and have strong time management and organizational skills
• Strong emphasis on PC software/hardware including databases, operating systems and networking preferred.
• Able to lift 25lbs

Responsibilities

• Install and service Access Control Systems, Video Systems, Visitor Management, and more.
• Respond to customer technical inquiries for products to ensure customer confidence/satisfaction and provide customer education while at customer location.
• Submit complete and accurate paperwork in a timely manner obtaining the proper signatures. Accurately record work orders, changes and codes.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment using the correct tools properly.
• Troubleshooting, programming and configuration of Lenel, Genetec or Brivo Systems
• Executes work in accordance with Federal, State and local regulations as well as company health and safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate van inventory
