Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. seeks an experienced Systems Integration Field Service Technician in Tucson, AZ. You will install and service commercial security systems including Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion alarms, interfacing with customers and vendors to ensure complete, on-time installations.

Typical hours are 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with possible overtime and weekend rotations. A valid driver's license and hands-on experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience installing electronic security systems for commercial facilities.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Electro/mechanical aptitude.
• Understanding of relay logic.
• Basic networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Install Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and contractors on-site for successful installations.
• Drive to job sites, assess installation or service needs, and complete repairs to satisfaction.
• Promote service, sales, and preventive maintenance opportunities; learn all products.
• Maintain a safe work environment and keep the job site clean after work.
• Ensure all job tickets and timesheets are completed and submitted to payroll on time.
• Handle CODs when applicable and inform management if scope changes occur.
• Maintain truck inventory and knowledge of parts and descriptions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
