Job summary

Walden Security is seeking a working supervisor to manage and coordinate the activities of Contract Security Officers at the field level, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements, client expectations, post orders, and company policies.

You will perform the duties of a Contract Security Officer while leading the team, providing direction, training, inspection, reporting, and administrative oversight to maintain effective security operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of successful experience in field supervision (civilian community law enforcement, military service, law enforcement, or commercial/industrial security force service) or equivalent education, training and experience.
• State Security Officer License may be applicable where required.
• Certification in the use of weapons and CPR/First Aid may be needed where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Exercise direct supervision over assigned Contract Security Officers and manage daily security operations, post assignments, performance, training and compliance.
• Provide information on operational status of posts and personnel to management.
• Serve as senior supervisory representative during assigned hours and address issues within authority.
