Job summary

Walden Security is seeking an experienced Security Officer Supervisor to oversee 1-15 officers and ensure all posts operate according to post orders and Walden procedures.

The role requires 3+ years in security, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass background and drug screening, with a minimum age of 25. On-site duties include inspections, incident reporting, and client liaison.

Qualifications

• 3+ years security officer experience required.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Age 25 or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 1-15 Security Officers and Shift Supervisors on duty.
• Enforce post orders and Walden Security procedures.
• Record daily events in Officers Daily Reports (ODR).
• Inspect posts for security compliance and post integrity.
• Notify supervisors of urgent client needs or incidents.
