Job summary

Numotion, the leader in complex rehabilitation technology, is seeking a Seating Technician in Albuquerque. You will assist with assembly, fitting, and delivery of CRT equipment, traveling to client locations up to 75% of the time, and collaborating with ATPs to meet client goals.

You will maintain high standards of customer service, proper documentation, and safety compliance while supporting mobility needs in the local area.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a mobile/field setting.
• Experience assembling and fitting CRT equipment such as wheelchairs.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the local service area.
• Strong teamwork with ATPs and clients.
• Adherence to safety policies and HIPAA/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist ATPs with equipment assembly and delivery to clients.
• Assemble and fit CRT equipment, including wheelchairs, at client locations.
• Troubleshoot in the field and coordinate with ATP for solutions.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and compliant vehicles.
• Build and maintain relationships with client accounts and conduct accurate documentation.
