Job summary

Numotion, the leader in complex rehabilitation technology, seeks a Seating Technician in Birmingham, AL to assemble, deliver, and fit CRT equipment with ATP support. You will work closely with clients to meet mobility goals while upholding high customer service standards.

Responsibilities include equipment assembly, delivery, troubleshooting, documentation, and safety compliance. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required; CRT knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or at least 1 year of related mechanical or electrical experience.
• Valid state driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Strong communication, organization, problem solving, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of CRT industry is a plus; adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist ATPs with equipment assembly and delivery as needed.
• Assemble and fit CRT equipment to meet client goals with minimal oversight.
• Troubleshoot product issues and coordinate with ATP for solutions.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspace in shop and warehouse.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are clean and in safe working order.
• Support in maintaining relationships with existing business accounts.
• Complete documentation accurately, following Numotion policies.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in training sessions.
• Collaborate with ATPs and customers to align equipment solutions with needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address concerns promptly.
