Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative for college students with highly flexible daily schedules aligned to store hours. No prior experience is required, and you can adjust shifts to fit study plans while contributing to assigned store projects.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators/freezers when collecting items.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned field tasks during store visits.
• Attend comprehensive initial training program.
• Maintain flexible schedule within store hours and meet project criteria.
