Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certificate or 2-year technical degree is a plus.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, industrial, or electrical fields is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Clean driving record and ability to obtain and maintain a Class B CDL.
• Willingness to work beyond typical hours, including after-hours calls.
• Safety mindset and ability to speak up about unsafe conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, service, and repair scales and weighing systems.
• Document calibration and repair activities accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions.
