Qualifications

PhD in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a strong background in power systems.
Experience with field testing or real-world deployment.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics.

Responsibilities

Lead real-world field deployment and experimental commissioning of residential BESS and V2X pilot sites across Colorado.
Develop, implement, and validate controls to maximize energy cost savings and resilience.
Derive data-driven insights from high-resolution telemetry across sites.
Publish results in high-impact journals.
Mentor graduate/undergraduate students; contribute to proposal development.
Perform other duties as assigned.
