Job summary

Wyyerd Fiber is seeking a direct sales trainer to work with its Senior Leaders designing, delivering, and optimizing training programs for face-to-face sales teams in both B2C and B2B settings. The role includes onboarding new hires, coaching reps, and field shadowing to drive growth and customer acquisition.

This position requires travel 25–35% and reports to the SVP of Sales. You will develop curricula, practice sessions, and performance metrics to uplift sales effectiveness across Wyyerd

Qualifications

• Proven track record in direct or field sales.
• Strong public speaking and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and coaching techniques.
• Willingness to travel 25–35% for field work.
• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training bootcamps for new hires and existing reps.
• Collaborate with team leads and directors to design coaching paths.
• Shadow reps during live pitches and provide immediate feedback.
• Create curriculum materials: handbooks, decks, videos, and role-play guides.
• Track performance and analyze skills gaps to drive coaching opportunities.
