Job summary

Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking an experienced Field Sales Trainer to coach onboarding and ongoing development of retail staff in a tele sales environment. You will deliver trainings in classrooms, seminars, and on the sales floor, partnering with leadership and the Store Support Center to reinforce Victra's goals.

You will develop training initiatives, improve employee performance, and ensure programs align with sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or relevant field.
• 2-4 years of work experience in learning and development, preferably with a training background in classroom setting.
• 3-5 years retail sales experience, leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate employees through learning and development programs.
• Deliver standardized trainings in classroom, on floor, and workshops.
• Collaborate with sales managers to ensure training programs align with objectives and targets.
• Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Manage internal delivery of programs and materials to meet business objectives.
• Travel up to 50% for on-site training and field support.
