Job summary

TTI, Inc. seeks a driven in-store sales specialist to accelerate market share growth with The Home Depot. You will engage customers, deliver product solutions, and execute events to drive sell-through while leveraging data insights to optimize store performance.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge, and collaboration with retail partners in a fast-paced environment. This position offers growth and hands-on experience across merchandising and analytics.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug and MVR screening.
• Valid US driver’s license for at least one year.
• Own a personal vehicle and insurance.
• Willing to travel to assigned store locations; occasional travel.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Multilingual abilities preferred in specific markets.
• Formal higher education preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering strong B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks.
• Support marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and sell-through.
• Maintain brand presence and merchandising to meet store objectives.
• Build understanding of the retail market, customer profiles and competitive landscape.
• Participate in TTI’s training program to work independently in your market.
• Develop and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members.
• Manage inventory levels and report tasks and responsibilities promptly.
• Contribute to merchandising resets and introduce innovative products.
