Field Sales Representative (NextGear)

NextGear, a Cox Automotive Brand, is hiring a Field Sales Representative/Senior Client Solutions Executive for our team in North Florida. Candidates should reside in Jacksonville, Gainesville, Tallahassee, or Ocala, FL.

The Senior Client Solutions Executive (SE) is a full-time outside sales role responsible for developing new business within a defined territory. The SE will aim to meet targets for new applications, activations, monthly revenue, and promote NextGear Capital's products and services. The role involves maintaining relationships with auction general managers and collaborating with Portfolio Managers to surpass sales goals.

What You'll Do:
  1. Educate customers on all products and services offered by NextGear Capital, including inventory financing and ancillary products.
  2. Develop a strategic sales plan for your market.
  3. Build and maintain a prospect list through cold calling, leads, and referrals.
  4. Conduct weekly cold calls to generate new relationships.
  5. Follow up on leads promptly and regularly.
  6. Increase loan volume and utilization via service calls to existing clients.
  7. Re-engage inactive dealers to boost utilization of their Line of Credit.
  8. Achieve monthly targets for applications, loan development, and new business.
  9. Pre-screen potential customers through initial underwriting.
  10. Monitor applications throughout the credit process.
  11. Onboard and orient new customers.
  12. Manage the customer experience during the first six months.
  13. Meet sales targets for enrollments and ancillary product sales.
  14. Build strong relationships with Portfolio Managers.
  15. Conduct monthly non-sales visits with auction General Managers.
  16. Expand NextGear's presence at auctions through relationship development.

Who You Are:

You are a motivated self-starter with charisma, integrity, and respect. Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience, or alternative combinations as specified.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Preferred qualifications include bilingual skills, extensive sales and portfolio management experience, industry experience, and comfort in high-pressure environments. Proficiency in company systems and Salesforce is also desirable.

The salary range is USD 57,500.00 - 86,300.00 annually, plus an incentive target of $45,000.00. Benefits include flexible paid time off, holidays, wellness hours, and other leave options.
