Job description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company.
  • Experience working with the public sector market, including State and Higher Education entities across North Carolina.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience selling Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure Software, Databases, Analytic Tools, or Applications Software across the public sector, aligning solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience growing existing customer base and acquiring new logos at scale, increasing spend and accelerating consumption business.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and partners in implementations and negotiations.
  • Experience with commercial and legal negotiations, working with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams.
  • Experience working with Customer Engineers and technical leads to inventory software estate, define migration plans, and build migration business cases.
  • Experience cultivating C-level relationships and influencing executives.

Position: Field Sales Representative (FSR) for Public Sector

You will work with Public Sector accounts across North Carolina, engaging with executives to build and establish relationships, understand customer challenges and goals, and advocate for our products to enhance public organizations' productivity and collaboration.

Additional information: The US base salary range is $114,000-$169,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. More details will be shared during hiring.
