Job summary

True North Group LLC is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join a high-energy, mission-driven team. You will meet face-to-face with business owners, present benefits to employee groups, and guide clients to the right insurance plans while building a personal book of business.

Expect paid training from day one, ongoing coaching, and generous commissions with growth opportunities. Licensing support is provided within 90 days to obtain Health & Life coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or related customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with small business owners and decision-makers in the field.
• Present benefit packages to groups of employees.
• Guide individuals in selecting insurance plans meeting their needs.
• Follow up with clients and assist with claims and coverage.
• Build a strong personal book of business through active prospecting.
