• Provide ongoing customer support to programs.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and organized.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect with diverse personalities and maintain a positive attitude.
• Smartphone savvy (required).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required).
• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
