Job description

Join an elite group of sales professionals as a Field Sales Representative at AT&T. You will deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments, offering demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and tech delivery to connect customers with the latest technology.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid training and work independently in the field.
• Connect with existing customers and engage warm prospects at scheduled appointments.
• Use strong negotiation, communication and upselling techniques to close deals.
• Drive a company vehicle for official business use only.
• Maintain the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Key Expectations & Qualifications

• 1+ year of commission sales experience; outside sales preferred.
• Successful Commission sales record and achievement of sales targets.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Valid driver’s license and capability to drive.
• Successful completion of background check, drug screening and criminal/motor vehicle record review.
