OSL Retail Services is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals for its Door to Door Sales team in Des Moines, IA. You will engage residents, explain connectivity products, and tailor solutions while representing top brands.

This role offers strong earning potential with a $20/hour base plus uncapped commissions, paid training, and a path to leadership. Travel across defined territories, outdoor work in varying weather, and a supportive, award-winning culture.

• Previous sales, retail, customer service, or quota-based role experience is preferred
• Experience in telecommunications, direct sales, door-to-door sales, fundraising, or promotions is an asset
• Basic proficiency with home internet services and service plans
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Willingness to travel throughout broad geographic territories
• Ability to walk outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsabilidades

• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations within assigned territories
• Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Educate customers on products, promotions, and latest service offerings
• Build strong relationships and establish trust with prospective customers
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Accurately complete sales documentation and customer records
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings
