Legacy Restoration is hiring multiple entry-level Sales Representatives for the Lombard, IL area. The role is full-time, outdoors, and focused on attracting new customers for roofing, remodeling and restoration services.

Average earnings exceed $100,000 per year with uncapped commissions; performance directly grows income. Benefits and total rewards are provided as part of a comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed

Responsibilities

• canvassing different neighborhoods around the area to engage potential customers
• increase interest in Legacy Restoration's roofing, remodeling and restoration services
• work independently with strong time management and problem‑solving skills
• be polite and professional when engaging with homeowners
• learn about remodeling needs and perform roof inspections to assess situations
• explain to customers what can be done and encourage booking a service
• track sales progress and adjust strategies to close more deals
