Stryker is seeking a Field-based Sales Representative to promote and sell Patient Handling solutions, including bed frames, stretchers, and transport chairs, to healthcare facilities. You will build relationships, address inquiries, negotiate pricing, and manage orders while exceeding targets.

You will work with hospitals and clinical staff to become a Patient Handling expert, delivering consultative service, ensuring on-time shipments, and contributing to business growth through collaboration

Qualificações

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required in your state of residence.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell Stryker Patient Handling products to meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with healthcare providers.
• Address inquiries, negotiate pricing, and manage orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop consultative solutions to improve patient handling workflow and outcomes.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to position products effectively.
