Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative focused on Patient Handling in Spokane, WA. You will promote and sell bed frames, stretchers, and transport chairs, building relationships with surgeons, nurses, and administrators.

You will be responsible for meeting customer needs with a consultative approach, ensuring on-time shipments, and leveraging market insights to grow the product line. This is a 100% commission role with bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Continue experience in sales or clinical setting.
• Promote and sell Stryker Patient Handling products to meet our customers’ needs.
• Become a Patient Handling expert as you work with surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
• Focus on customer satisfaction by solving problems through a consultative approach and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
• Take pride in cost reduction, and commit to on-time, complete, and error free shipments.
• Display experience with reports and budget, customer service, and project management.
• Have basic knowledge of market research, new product introduction, Profit and Loss (P&L) management, and field testing.
