PURPOSE
The Crop Protection (CP)/Seeds & Traits (S&T) Field Sales Representative is responsible for growing the market share of crop protection/seed business within a designated geography. This position will create demand for Bayer seed growth, crop protection, and seed products with retailers, dealers, and top growers, with responsibility for an annual target achievement within the territory or squad.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $106,226.73 - $159,340.09. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary (or salary range) is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
