Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative focused on Injury/Infection Prevention to promote Sage products to nurses, clinicians and hospital staff. You will support demonstrations, build relationships, and help drive customer satisfaction.

You’ll complete extensive product training, assist in post‑sale training, and participate in trade shows and clinical meetings. Up to 75% travel is expected; a Bachelor’s degree and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0-2 years professional experience.
• Valid driver license in the state of residence and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promote Sage Products to nurses/clinicians and appropriate hospital staff while providing excellent customer service and developing customer relationships.
• Follow extensive product training, to tailor promotional messages based on customer knowledge, advise on product selection, answer questions about product functionality and distinguish Sage’s products from competitors.
• Assist in hospital surveys as well as post-sale implementation and training including ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction.
• Focus on customer satisfaction by teamwork, problem solving with a consultative approach, honesty and integrity, and providing highly responsive service.
• Assist in preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions and clinical meetings.
• Adhere to facility protocols and OSHA guidelines when conducting product evaluation.
