Job summary

Southern National Roofing is seeking entry-level Sales Representatives for our local Maryland office. This is a face-to-face, full-time role working in residential neighborhoods to engage homeowners and set appointments for free roof inspections.

You will earn hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses, with average first-year earnings ranging from $40,000 to $70,000+. The schedule is Monday–Saturday, 9am–7pm, on-site with transportation provided from the office.

Responsibilities

• Work in assigned neighborhoods and speak directly with homeowners.
• Explain our free roof inspection service to homeowners.
• Schedule appointments for in-home estimates for our sales team.
