Job summary

Southern National Roofing is seeking entry-level Sales Representatives for our local office. This face-to-face, field sales role involves working in residential neighborhoods, speaking directly with homeowners, and scheduling free roof inspections for our in-home sales team.

We offer W-2 full-time employment with hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses. Average first-year earnings range from $40,000 to $70,000+ and there are opportunities for growth and rewards for high performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work 40 hours between 9am–7pm, Mon–Sat.
• Face-to-face communication with homeowners.
• W-2 full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Work in assigned neighborhoods.
• Speak face-to-face with homeowners.
• Explain our free roof inspection service.
• Schedule appointments for in-home estimates.
