Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Representative to cultivate and grow account relationships in the Redondo Beach area and surrounding routes. The role focuses on increasing supplier brand sales through planning, selling execution, and effective communication while upholding company standards.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in sales, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong negotiation and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales.
• Proficient with MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and in a team, meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Call on accounts and manage daily routes with an efficient plan.
• Present products to customers balancing company priorities and needs.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves where allowed by law.
• Educate staff on priority brands and training seminars.
• Process credits/returns and manage accounts receivable.
• Ensure safe handling of beverage alcohol products and compliance.
